Samuel A. Wealcatch, DDS, PA-Dentist What do you think?
I just wanted to tell everyone what a terrible experience I had in the Offices of Samuel A. Wealcatch, DDS, Baltimore, MD. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes, and I was sitting in the dentist chair waiting at least 10 someone to start checking the teeth. Do not always have a bad experience in that office?
Do not have patience???? While I agree that 20 minutes seems a little long, if this is just the first time at this dentist, how do you know this is the norm? Perhaps there was an emergency patient comes sometime before you, maybe someone was sick …… which is rather common to have to wait a bit. I had an appointment at 8am, did not enter office until 8:15, then had to wait about 5-7 min. once, then again it had a 10 o'clock appointment. and as usual, I arrived early and was taken back and treated immediately. Everything depends on the number of patients, the staffing of that particular day and whether there have been emergencies. If you bothered by having to wait, try finding another dentist, but you probably have to wait there too-it's just a fact of life …..
